Itinerary
Your adventure begins with an early morning departure from Arusha, followed by a scenic drive through the breathtaking landscapes of the Great Rift Valley toward Lake Natron. Along the journey, enjoy views of traditional Maasai villages and keep an eye out for wildlife such as zebras, giraffes, and antelopes roaming the open plains.
Upon arrival at Lake Natron, check in to your accommodation and enjoy a delicious lunch while admiring the dramatic scenery of the lake and surrounding volcanic mountains.

Your trekking adventure begins shortly after midnight with an early ascent of Oldoinyo Lengai, allowing you to climb in the cooler hours before sunrise. The trek is steep and physically demanding, requiring good fitness and determination, but the experience is incredibly rewarding.

As dawn approaches, reach the summit in time to witness a spectacular sunrise over the Great Rift Valley, Lake Natron, and the surrounding landscapes.
