Day by day itinerary
Day 1: Fly from Zanzibar to Serengeti & Game Drive
Your adventure begins with a hotel pickup in Zanzibar and transfer to the airport for your flight to Seronera Airstrip in the Serengeti. Upon arrival, meet your private Golden Memories Safaris guide and begin your first game drive through the central Serengeti. You will gradually head south toward the Ndutu plains, following the migration route and watching for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife along the way. The Seronera area is particularly famous for its year round wildlife and excellent big cat sightings. Continue toward Ndutu for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 2: Full Day Wildebeest Calving Safari
Rise early for a full day of wildlife viewing across the Ndutu calving plains, the heart of the Great Migration during the calving season. From December to April, vast herds of wildebeest gather across the short-grass plains to give birth. Thousands of calves can be seen during this period, attracting lions, cheetahs, hyenas and other predators. Your experienced Golden Memories Safaris guide will search the plains for dramatic wildlife encounters while also looking for resident species such as giraffes, zebras, gazelles and elephants. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before continuing your afternoon game drive. As the sun begins to set, return to camp for dinner and a relaxing evening.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive & Fly Back to Zanzibar
Start your final morning with an early game drive across the Ndutu and Serengeti plains. After the game drive, enjoy a picnic breakfast before continuing toward Seronera Airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Zanzibar.
