6-Day Mount Kilimanjaro Climbing Adventure via Umbwe Route

The optimized steep western approach with an extra acclimatization night at Karanga Camp.

The 6-Day Umbwe Route provides the raw excitement and solitude of Kilimanjaro’s steepest approach, but adds an essential night at Karanga Camp after the Barranco Wall. This extra staging night provides the acclimatization safety margin needed for a much higher summit success rate than the 5-day version.
